At Emerald International School, Wednesdays hold a special place in our weekly rhythm—because Wednesday is Chapel Day.
More than just a scheduled school activity, our chapel service is a cornerstone of our school culture. It’s a dedicated time where learners pause, reflect, and realign their hearts with what truly matters: their relationship with God.
What makes Chapel Wednesdays unique is that they are student-led. Our learners take the lead in planning and delivering the services—from worship sessions and drama skits to sermons and personal testimonies. This gives students not only a platform to express their faith, but also an opportunity to develop leadership, confidence, and public speaking skills in a nurturing environment.
Each week, the chapel becomes a space of encounter—a moment to be inspired, challenged, and spiritually refreshed. Through songs, Scripture, and shared experiences, our students are reminded that education is not just about intellectual growth, but also about nurturing character, values, and purpose.
At Emerald, we believe that true excellence comes from a heart rooted in faith. That’s why Chapel Wednesdays aren’t just a tradition—they’re a vital part of how we raise leaders who are grounded in truth, guided by biblical principles, and driven to make a difference.
Because when students grow spiritually, they thrive holistically.
